All photographs and all other content of the the lodgephoto.com site are the exclusive intellectual property of Mathew Lodge and are protected under United States and international copyright laws, except as explicitly noted in the "Credits" section below.

The intellectual property may not be downloaded except by normal viewing process of the browser. The intellectual property may not be transmitted, published, reproduced, manipulated, projected, or altered in any way, including without limitation any digitization or synthesizing of the images, alone or with any other material, by use of computer or other electronic means or any other method or means now or hereafter known, without the written permission of Mathew Lodge.

No images are within Public Domain. To secure reproduction rights to any images, please visit the pricing page. Use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration is also a violation of copyright.

Lodge Photo protects copyright interests. In the event that an infringement is discovered you will be notified and invoiced at the minimum 10x the standard fee for unauthorized usage. You may also be prosecuted for Copyright Infringement in US Federal Court (statutory damages for copyright violation are currently US$150,000 plus court costs). By entering this site you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Privacy Policy

We collect several kinds of information from you on the Lodgephoto.com web site.

All access to the site is logged, including your IP address, computer operating system, CPU type, browser type and other information that identifies your session. We use this information to maintain site access statistics and identify any problems with the site.

If you request stock image pricing, we will collect your name, e-mail address and phone number at a minimum, plus other information such as your mailing address. We use this information to provide you with stock pricing information, and to maintain our mailing list.

If you join our e-mail list, we will collect your name, e-mail address and originating IP address. We use this information to maintain my mailing list and identify problems with mail list subscription and unsubscription.

If you purchase a fine art print, we will collect your name, e-mail address and, if you pay by credit card or PayPal, payment information in order to complete your purchase.

We keep all information strictly private, and we do not sell, barter, exchange or otherwise give your information to any other company or individual.

Credits

Graystar Design created the overall Lodge Photo web site design and navigation scheme, the image montage on the front page and designed our business cards.

Some of the PHP code used to run this site is derived from Hugh E. Williams and David Lane's "Web Database Applications with PHP and MySQL" published by O'Reilly & Associates. They retain copyright to the original PHP code.
