Muir Woods
Muir Woods (officially: John Muir National Monument) is a grove of 2000-year-old coastal Redwood trees just a few miles North-West of San Francisco. Named the early California wilderness enthusiast and writer, it's challenging to convey its sheer scale and tranquility in photography.
